1. Rules of the Competition

• Participants must create an item using waste/recyclable materials.

• Participants should bring reusable waste materials from home.

• The work must be completed at the venue within the given time.

• The Final product must be made at the venue.

• Participants may use basic stationery tools.

• Ready-made models are not permitted.

• The final creation should be safe, practical and age-appropriate.

• Time limit – 2 hours.

• Participants must report at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled competition time.

2. Criteria for Elimination

• Use of ready-made/pre-assembled items.

• Failure to follow the given theme.

• Exceeding the time limit.

• Use of prohibited or unsafe materials.

• Assistance from parents/teachers during the competition.

• Where there are many participants, the judges may shortlist entries based on creativity, originality and usefulness.

4. General Instructions for Participants , teachers & Parents

• No Parking: Parking facilities will not be available on the school premises.

• Parents’ Waiting: Parents may wait at the designated waiting area until their child’s competition is completed.

• Parents are requested to cooperate with the teachers and volunteers and maintain discipline during the competitions.
